Spicy Feta Dip
A simple Jules take on the Greek ‘Tirokafteri’ Spicy Feta Dip, using low salt feta, commercially bought roasted peppers in oil or vinegar and fresh chillies.

Ingredients

250-300g feta cheese

2-3 large roasted red peppers- commercial, in oil or vinegar, drained

2 small hot red chillies- finely diced

Garnish

Fresh bread
Instructions

Using a food processor:

01 Place all the ingredients into the food processor and pulse to a smooth paste.

Serve:

02 Take to the table in an attractive bowl and enjoy with fresh bread or crudités dippers.
Notes
I recommend to use a low sodium feta for this recipe.
