Cool Cucumber

A fabulous raw food drink which is excellent for those of you who seek quality nutrition via raw vegetables. Bursting with natural goodness from the celery, cucumber and raw ginger. A powerful combination which is excellent for hydration and detoxification, whilst also being good for digestion. 

Naturally a commercial juicer is required to create this unique drink.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Lebanese cucumbers
    - peeled
  • 3 large celery stalks
    - washed and trimmed
  • Small handful of fresh coriander
  • Thumb size piece of fresh ginger
    - peeled

Instructions

  • Prepare all vegetables:
  • 01 Wash clean and trim.
  • Juice:
  • 02 Pass all ingredients through the automatic juicer.
  • Serve:
  • 03 Pour juice immediately using an attractive glass. Enjoy.

Notes

If you are not into coriander use fresh parsley, which is highly nutritious.
