Soya Malted Milk
Being a great fan of soya milk and having drunk it for years, I like to make this malted soya milk drink when I am after a quick, light yet satisfying breakfast drink or a ‘pick me up’ during a tiring day. Dairy free.
Naturally, this drink can also be made with Almond milk, Oat milk and any NON dairy milk alternative found now a days on sale in all our supermarkets and hypermarkets.

Ingredients

Large glass of your favourite soya milk- chilled

2 tsp barley malt extract
-
1 x tbsp porride oats- organic

Runny honey to sweeten
Instructions

01 In an electric blender add soya milk, barley malt extract and porridge oats.

02 Add honey to sweeten

03 Blend well and serve.
Notes
It is possible to have this hot or cold. The consistency is of a thick milkshake but do add extra liquid if too thick. Add a banana for extra nutrition and yummy flavour.
