Spicy Feta Dip

A simple Jules take on the Greek ‘Tirokafteri’ Spicy Feta Dip, using low salt feta, commercially bought roasted peppers in oil or vinegar and fresh chillies.

Ingredients

  • 250-300g feta cheese
  • 2-3 large roasted red peppers
    - commercial, in oil or vinegar, drained
  • 2 small hot red chillies
    - finely diced
  • Garnish
  • Fresh bread

Instructions

  • Using a food processor:
  • 01 Place all the ingredients into the food processor and pulse to a smooth paste.
  • Serve:
  • 02 Take to the table in an attractive bowl and enjoy with fresh bread or crudités dippers.

Notes

I recommend to use a low sodium feta for this recipe.
