What fun this was again to join with my dear friend Bosco on his community spirited chat show early May.
This time the evening was spent with the delightful Ms Reem Al Muftah and her words of wisdom as a professional wellness advocate living here in Qatar. Do follow her on #keys2balance
The chat that night as it was RAMADAN in Qatar, was all about ‘looking after health during Ramadan’ and of course, from my perspective that meant HOME BAKING/COOKING and of course taking care of what you eat.
