Organic Garlic Green Vegetables

Organic garlic green vegetables WOK fried and served with Jasmine rice. Whilst being extremely healthy to eat, these vegetables taste absolutely delicious. 100% vegan.

Stove top cooking - WOK

Ingredients

  • 1 organic pointed white cabbage
    - trimmed & quartered
  • 2 organic bunches of purple sprouting broccoli
    - trimmed, cut into long pieces
  • 4 organic garlic cloves
    - cut in half
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 250ml vegetable stock

Instructions

  • Prepare all vegetables:
  • 01 Wash, clean, trim as required.
  • Wok cook:
  • 02 Heat coconut oil to smoking hot in a wok, add garlic and toast. Remove, plate and keep to one side for later. Add all the organic greens. Cook for 1 minute. Add garlic and cover with a lid. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Add sauce:
  • 03 Remove the lid. Add stock and Oyster sauce. Add lid again and cook for 1 minute. Remove the lid and toss.
  • Serve:
  • 04 Take to the table very hot and enjoy with freshly boiled jasmine rice.

Notes

Add soya sauce for extra flavour if necessary. Can use a large flat based frying pan instead of a wok. Organic green vegetables are preferred for this recipe but standard vegetables are acceptable.
