Fiery Chilli Noodles
A wonderful fiery chilli noodle recipe, especially created for those of you who love the taste of fresh red chillies and the fiery burn they provide. If 3 red chilies are too many for you do go ahead and reduce to a manageable amount.

Ingredients

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp chilli oil

3 red chillies- seeds removed and finely chopped

2 tbsp shredded fresh ginger

2 cloves garlic- thinly sliced

3 tbsp Asian greens- washed and trimmed

500g fresh rice noodles- softened as per instructions on packet

Soy sauce
Instructions

01 Heat sesame and chilli oils in a wok or frying pan over a high heat. Add chillies, ginger, garlic and Asian leaves. Cook for 1 minute. Add prepared softened noodles and cook through for a further 3-4 minutes or until well heated through.

Serve:

02 Take to the table piping hot and serve in one large bowl or individually in hot small bowls with soy sauce on the side.
Notes
Do follow the instructions when preparing the noodles. They must be well soaked and softened before the final cooking stage of this dish. If you are unable to purchase Asian leaves substitute with fresh rocket, spinach leaves or radish greens.
