Yummy Banana Cake
A deliciously banana sweet cake, full of flavour and banana goodness. This recipe was shared with me by the lovely New Zealand Mothers whom I met during my years ‘down under’. Wonderful ladies who always sought quick and easy recipes to home bake for their families. This cake is basically all made in one bowl so incredibly easy to make.

Notes
I like to decorate this cake with extra banana slices on the top before baking but if you prefer do add chopped walnuts, almonds or pumpkin seeds. It is also possible to substitute with gluten free flour or plain wheat flour with 2 tsp baking powder.
